Pacific and Urban are excited to announce the evolution
and transformation of multifamily investor Pacific Property
Company and apartment developer Urban Housing Group
into Pacific Urban Residential.

Our new name reflects the unification of our two multifamily investment companies into a single brand. As before, Pacific Urban Residential continues our history and track record of successful multifamily investment.

While we are changing our name, some things will never change. Our values and our commitment to excellence remains the same.
