Mr. Pace is co-founder and President of Pacific Property Company. He is a graduate of the University of San Francisco and Certified Public
|
Accountant (inactive). His early career began with the accounting
firm of KPMG, San Francisco, and the subsequent founding of CMR Search in 1983.
Prior to Pacific, Al spent fourteen years in several senior positions for multifamily
pension fund advisor SSR Realty Advisors (now BlackRock), culminating in the
position of Managing Director, National Acquisitions. Clients included CALPERS,
CalSTRS, the Alaska Permanent Fund, City and County of San Francisco, and several
others. Since 1986, Al has been an investment advisor and principal in the acquisition
of apartment communities totaling more than 22,000 units and $4.5 billion dollars.
He has been instrumental in the development of an apartment value fund and is
a director of the National Multihousing Council and a member of ULI.

Mr. Cole is Chief Financial Officer of Pacific Property Company.
Prior to joining Pacific, Mr. Cole was a senior executive with the A.G. Spanos |
Companies, a national multifamily developer, where he oversaw the origination, operation and ultimate disposition of a portfolio of over 11,000 apartment units. Mr. Cole is a graduate of Golden Gate University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He began his career with the accounting firm of Grant Thornton in San Francisco.

Mr. Weilbach is Chief Investment Officer for Pacific Property
Company and is responsible for all of the firm’s acquisition and disposition
|
activity. He holds BA and MA degrees from Stanford University,
as well as an MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA. Mr. Weilbach’s early career
experience included working for the general management consulting firm of Cresap/Towers
Perrin, as well as several real estate firms including Turner Development Company
and the Trammell Crow Company. Prior to joining Pacific, Mr. Weilbach served
for seven years in various senior acquisition roles for pension fund investment
advisor SSR Realty Advisors (now BlackRock). Since 1993
Mr. Weilbach has been responsible for the acquisition and disposition of over $2 billion in multifamily and commercial properties.

Mr. Gardner is Managing Director for Pacific Property Company, responsible for providing management direction to the firm
|
|
and implementing the firm’s investment strategy. He holds a BS from Babson College and an MBA from the University of Miami. Mr. Gardner has held a number of posts at Pacific prior to becoming Managing Director; including Analyst, Acquisition Manager, and Acquisition Director. Throughout his tenure at Pacific, Mr. Gardner has directly led the acquisition of three quarters of a billion dollars in multifamily investments totaling in excess of 5,000 units.
Prior to joining Pacific, Mr. Gardner conducted financial and strategic analysis of new business ventures as a Corporate Finance Associate with The Marcus and Millichap Company. Mr. Gardner's career began with the investment banking firm Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.

Ms. Kramer is the Director of Portfolio Operations for Pacific Property Company
and is responsible for the firm's asset |
management, construction, and marketing functions. She holds
a BA from Whitman College and an MBA from the University of Santa Clara. Her
prior experience includes senior positions with SSR Realty Advisors (now BlackRock),
a multi-family pension fund advisory firm with institutional clients such as
CALSTRS, and two publicly traded REITS, Security Capital/ Archstone-Smith and
Glenborough Realty Trust. Most recently, Ms. Kramer served as the Chief Operating
Officer for Mid-Peninsula Housing, an affordable housing specialist. Anna has
operational experience with over 40,000 multi-family units in 20 states.
