Palo Alto, CA - Pacific Property Company announces the winners of its annual "Top Dog" Broker Sales Contest. They are as follows:

1st Place: Stan "TOP DOG" Jones - Marcus & Millichap, Palo Alto, California office
2nd Place: Scott Edin - Scott Edin and Associates, San Leandro, California
3rd Place: David Casper/Bruce Furniss - Grubb & Ellis, LA/Orange County, California offices

Stan Jones is Pacific Property Company's "TOP DOG" broker for 2001 and was awarded a new silver and black BMW 2001 330ci Convertible at Pacific's 2nd Annual Top Dog Broker Golf Tournament held at Cinnabar Hills Golf Club in San Jose, California. Stan succeeds Bill DuBrowa of Grubb & Ellis, winner of the 2000 contest. Last year Bill walked away with a new Mercedes CLK Cabriolet. The golf and awards tournament was attended by 77 of the West Coast's top multifamily brokers. On Stan's heels was second place finisher Scott Edin of Scott Edin and Associates who walked away with a Sony 42" Liquid Plasma Flat Panel Television. David Casper and Bruce Furniss elbowed into third place, each taking away a new set of Taylor Made Irons and Woods.

Pacific is also pleased to announce this year's new and expanded contest. During the next twelve months, brokers will be able to compete in Pacific's "Muscle Car Madness/Top Dog" Broker Sales Contest for 2002. The top-producing broker will win their choice of a 2002 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible or the retro 2002 Plymouth "Hot Rod" Prowler. Other spectacular prizes will be awarded for the second and third place brokers. Moreover, Pacific's recently christened Small Property Investment Program ("SPIP") will feature its own contest, offering top-producing brokers the opportunity to win the new 2002 Toyota MR2 Convertible or a Harley-Davidson "Fat Boy" motorcycle.
