Palo Alto, CA - West Coast based multifamily investor Pacific
Property Company announced today Ms. Anna Cheng Kramer has joined the firm in
the role of Director, Portfolio Operations. Ms. Kramer will work with Pacific’s
asset management and construction team, seeking to drive efficiencies in portfolio-wide
operations and improvements in asset plan execution.
A well-regarded industry veteran, Ms. Kramer brings to Pacific twenty five
years of apartment expertise. Her experience includes significant asset and portfolio
roles with Metric (now Blackrock), Security Capital (now Archstone-Smith), Glenborough
Realty Trust and Mid-Peninsula Housing Coalition. Ms. Kramer has an MBA from
the University of Santa Clara and has BA-Economics from Whitman College.
